Bangla Font (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online Sports Betting and gaming service provider for users in Bangladesh. Any individual accessing our website or mobile app may use our services under these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between Bangla Font and its members ("you" or "user"). By opening an account, logging in, or using any service on the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

• Each individual may only operate one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all of them will be closed.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information will result in account closure.
• Your account is strictly for personal use only. Placing bets on behalf of third parties or allowing others to use your account is prohibited.
• KYC documents must be submitted within 30 days of registration. Failure to do so will result in withdrawals being placed on hold.

To verify your identity, you must submit a copy of your National ID (NID) or passport along with a recent selfie. This process is typically completed within 24–48 hours.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred BDT). The maximum deposit limit may vary depending on your account tier. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

Always provide the correct reference number or transaction ID when making a deposit. Incorrect details may cause delays in processing. If you encounter any issues, contact support immediately.

Deposited funds may only be used for gaming and betting purposes. Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Please review the following conditions before making a withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals will be restricted until identity verification (KYC) is completed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile number used for the deposit.
• To withdraw bonus balance, you must first meet the required wagering requirements.
• Withdrawal processing for Bronze members may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals for Gold-tier members and above are processed instantly or within 1–2 hours.

Bangla Font reserves the right to carry out additional verification for any suspicious or unusual withdrawal requests. This process may take up to 72 hours.

Withdrawals may occasionally be delayed due to technical issues or bank holidays. Members will be informed as promptly as possible in such situations.

Bangla Font offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which must be read before claiming.

• Wagering Requirement: To withdraw bonus balance, you typically need to wager the bonus amount between 10x and 30x. The exact figure will be stated in each individual offer.
• Time Limit: Most bonuses have an expiry period (typically 7–30 days). If the wagering requirements are not met within this time, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Game Limits: Some bonuses are restricted to specific games. Not all bonuses may apply to every game.
• One bonus at a time: Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time. You must complete your current bonus before claiming a new one.

Bangla Font reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus program at any time. Advance notice will be provided for changes to ongoing bonuses wherever possible.

The following general rules apply to all bets and games on the Bangla Font platform:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the platform offers a dedicated "cash-out" option.
• If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a technical error, the bet will be settled at the highest valid amount.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Any bet placed by exploiting match-fixing or sports corruption will be voided.
• Some bets may not be accepted during live betting due to network delays.

All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealers. The RNG is regularly audited by independent third parties. Bangla Font does not interfere with game results in any way.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bangla Font platform:

• Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Using another member's account or allowing others to use your account.
• Placing bets with the deliberate intent to abuse or exploit the bonus system.
• Hacking, introducing viruses, or injecting malware into the platform's software.
• Placing bets or playing games using automated software or bots.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward other members or Bangla Font staff.
• Spreading false or misleading information about the platform.

Bangla Font reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• In cases of Terms & Conditions violations.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (no activity for more than 12 months).
• Upon a court order or at the request of a law enforcement authority.

Members may also request to close their account at any time. If a verifiable balance exists at the time of the request, the option to withdraw it will be provided.

If an account has been inactive for 36 months or more and the balance falls below 1,000 BDT, that balance may be deducted as an administrative fee.

Bangla Font places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We want all our members to enjoy gaming as a source of entertainment — not as a source of financial stress or addiction.

• Deposit Limit: Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing it requires a 7-day waiting period.
• Reality Check: After a set period of play, a reminder will appear on screen.
• Gaming Break: A break of anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days can be taken at any time.
• Self-Exclusion: For an extended break, your account can be suspended for anywhere between 6 months and 5 years.
